At Al Yaqoot, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy below.
Exchanges
We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery for size or design preference.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- With original tags and packaging intact
How to Request an Exchange

Exchange Shipping
If the exchange is due to size or design preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, Al Yaqoot will cover the shipping cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Custom or personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement as appropriate.
